Shallowbrooke Farm is a distributor for the Cheese Haus at Whispering Brook.  The Cheese Haus produces a variety of raw milk cheeses in Chambersburg, PA. Their focus is to provide high-quality cheese from grass-based dairies.  The only use sea salts as flavoring and try to use fresh local ingredients as much as possible.
