Ripe apples ready for harvest

The Shallowbrooke Farm Fall CSA is open for Enrollment. Shallowbrooke Farm is in a transition period.  We are about to finish the last few weeks of the Summer CSA season. The last summer delivery will go out the last week of September.  We are also getting provisions in place to start our Fall CSA season.   The Fall CSA will begin the second week in October and deliveries will continue for 9 weeks.  The last delivery will go out the first week of December.  The Fall CSA  will be delivered in the same fashion as our summer program, but the products offered will be a little different.  We will shift toward apples, fall squash, root crops, greens, and lettuce. What is a CSA?  A CSA is a partnership between the consumer and the farm.  Shallowbrooke Farm’s CSA model could best be described as a subscription service for fresh healthy food. The farm tends to their crops and in turn, provides you with a fresh healthy product every week. Shallowbrooke Farm offers three different participation levels that are suitable for most family sizes and lifestyles. In each delivery, you will be receiving a portion of the seasonal harvest each particular week.  If you are looking for a source of fresh fruits and vegetables, Shallowbrooke Farm is here to serve you.
