Shallowbrooke Farm will be offering an Artisan Cheese Share for the 2018 Season. The cheese will be made by The Cheese Haus at Whispering Brook. It is a raw milk cheese that is made from milk sourced from local grass based dairies in the Chambersburg area.
Shallowbrooke Farm will offer a cheese share that will consist of 4 different varieties of cheese delivered on the schedule of your choice. There will be 3 schedules to choose from, biweekly (10), monthly (6), 3X (3). These deliveries will be distributed across a 20 week season of fruits and vegetables produced at Shallowbrooke Farm.
